Associate Sales Agent
The Saenger Wheatley Group (a Real Estate Team based in Rockville, MD) is looking for the next great talent to join our team in the form of an Associate Sales Agent. This highly sought after position will have steep competition so please read the entire post before applying for this position.
The Associate Sales Agent assists in all aspects of the most important part of any business, lead generation: prospecting, nurturing, appointment setting, and managing leads. Because of this we are looking for talent, and if you are accepted you will get immediate training to quickly become the best. The ideal candidate will be able to identify prospects and set up meetings for our buyer and seller agents with an aggressive close rate. Please know this position requires a lot of calling and you must be able to handle rejection. Your level of success is only limited by your ability, skill, and effort. What we are looking for is nothing less than:
-Self-motivated energetic person who is financially and results driven
-Strong phone presence
-Ability to set and close appointments
-Maintain a positive attitude during rejection (go for No)
-Ability to learn and use CRM, multiline phone systems, and basic office suites
-Decisive, proactive, and a great problem solver
-Be coachable
-Some evening and/or weekend hours may be required
Compensation is a mix of salary and commission. The total compensation will be a direct result of your efforts in booking appointments with no cap to how much you can earn. If you are highly motivated, a hard worker and a great team member, your compensation should be well over $100,000/year.
