It’s my birthday today, and people keep asking what I want.
Okay… nobody has asked.
But I’m telling you anyway.
I don’t need gifts.
I don’t need cake.
(well maybe a little cake)
I definitely don’t need another mug that says “World’s Okayest Realtor.”
What I would love is this:
If you know someone thinking about buying, selling, moving, downsizing, upsizing, or just casually saying, “I wonder what our house is worth…”
Send them my way.
It’s the perfect birthday gift.
Thoughtful.

I don’t have to find a place to store it.
